Overview
Nuclei provides Sakari customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all messaging communications taking place within Sakari, including:
- Messages
- Message Attachments
As a first step, your Sakari admin must provide Nuclei with credentials authorizing access to the Sakari API. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export Sakari content into your existing compliance archive.

- Sakari Client ID
- Sakari Client Secret
Scope
Messages
The following types of metadata are supported for each Sakari message:
- Message ID
- Type
- Creation Time
- Priority
- Direction
- Subject
- Conversation ID
- Message Status
- Message Attachments
The following types of metadata are also supported for each message recipient:
- Mobile Number
- Name

Getting Setup
Installation
To retrieve your Sakari API credentials:
- Login to https://hub.sakari.io
- Click the "cog" in the top right corner.
- You should see your API credentials at the bottom of the popup dialog
- If you do not see credentials, select "Request Credentials"
Once created, you an provide those credentials to Nuclei using the submission form located here.
Uninstallation
- Create new deprovisioning request with Nuclei
