Overview
Nuclei provides GoToConnect (powered by Jive) customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all communications occurring within GoToConnect, including:
- Call Recordings
- Call Metadata
The integration is based on GoToConnect's native integration with Amazon S3, which enables Nuclei to access and archive call recordings. To enable connectivity customers must configure a new "AWS Storage" destination in the Jive System Settings. Nuclei provides the AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key required for configuration.
Once provisioned, GoToConnect recordings are automatically delivered to Nuclei via Amazon S3 and made available for archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications including the Smarsh Connected Archive.

Quick Start Guide
Installation
- Complete onboarding session to review configuration and downstream archiving requirements.
- Connect AWS Storage Account
- Activate Call Recording (system-wide, or for specific extensions)
Usage
Utilization varies, and will depend on the downstream archive being used.
Example (Smarsh Professional Archive)
- Login to https://app.smarsh.com
- Select Search > New Search
- Select Content, and replace "All Content" with "GoToConnect"
- Select "Search"
- Select a GoToConnect recording from the search results.
- Replay audio.

Uninstallation
- Login to GoToConnect, and navigate to "System Settings"
- Deactivate Call Recording ("Recording", "Storage")
- Disconnect Amazon Storage ("Recording, "AWS Storage")
