Overview
Nuclei provides Amazon Lex customers with the ability to automatically export and archive conversations that take place with Amazon Lex chatbots, including:
- Conversation Logs
- Audio Logs
As a first step, your AWS admin must configure conversation logging in Amazon Lex. An IAM user must also be created that provides Nuclei with access to related Amazon Cloudwatch (text logs) and Amazon S3 (audio logs) resources. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and export Amazon Lex content into your existing compliance archive.
