Overview
Nuclei provides Enghouse SmartRecord customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive SmartRecord communications, including:
- Call Recordings
Call Recording must first be activated for Enghouse users in the SmartRecord System Configuration Portal. This ensures that recording starts automatically when inbound or outbound calls takes place for those users.
Once provisioned, SmartRecord Call Recordings are automatically ingested and made available for archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications.

Scope
SmartRecord Call Recordings
Call Recordings from any integrated supported by SmartRecord are supported for archiving.
The following types of metadata are supported for each call recording:
- Call Date
- Call Direction
- Call ID
- Decoding Codecs
- Destination Number
- Duration
- Export Key
- MD5 Hash
- Originating Number
- Recording User
- Redirected From
- Redirect To
- Sequence ID

Credentials for the Amazon S3 Storage Point are provided by Nuclei during implementation.
Use of Amazon SSE-C (Server-Side Encryption with Customer-Provided Keys) is not supported.
Uninstallation
- Create new deprovisioning request with Nuclei
