Compliance Archiving for VoxSmart – Nuclei, Inc.

Overview

Nuclei provides VoxSmart customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive VSP communications, including:

Call Recordings
SMS Messages
Instant Messages (WhatsApp, or WeChat)

As a first step, the VoxSmart SFTP integration must be activated to enable transmission of data from VoxSmart to an SFTP location provided by Nuclei. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export VoxSmart content into your existing compliance archive.

Scope

Call Recordings

Call Recordings from VSmart enabled devices are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each call recording:
