Overview
Nuclei provides Movius customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Movius, including:
- Call Recordings
- SMS Messages
As a first step, your Movius administrator must configure export and upload of Movius data to a Nuclei hosted SFTP server. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically ingest Movius content for review, retention, or export into your existing compliance archive.

Scope
Call Recordings
Movius call recordings are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each recording:
- Start Datetime
- End Datetime
- Caller Number
- Callee Number
SMS Messages
Movius SMS messages are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each message
- SID
- Type of Message
- Body
- Message Datetime
- Message ID
- Conversation ID
- Platform
- Business ID
The following additional types of metadata are also supported for each message participant:
- User Email
- User Name
- User Number
