Compliance Archiving for O2 Mobile Recording

Overview

Nuclei provides Telefonica O2 customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive O2 Mobile communications, including:

• O2 Call Recordings
• O2 SMS Messages

Call Recording must first be activated for O2 users in the O2 Admin Portal. This ensures that recording starts automatically when inbound or outbound calls takes place for those users.   

Once provisioned, O2 Call Recordings and O2 SMS messages are automatically ingested and made available for archival and further processing in other 3rd party applications.

• O2 Pull API Licensing (monthly charge applies)
• O2 Account ID
• O2 Cursor API User Credentials
• O2 Solution Instance ID

Scope

O2 Call Recordings

O2 Hosted Mobile Call Recordings are supported for archiving.

The following types of metadata are supported for each call recording:

• Comment Count
• Direction
• Duration
• End Date Time
• Interaction ID
• Interaction Type
• Start Date Time
• Subscriber Phone Number ID
• Subscriber Phone Number

O2 SMS Messages

O2 Mobile SMS messages are supported for archiving. SMS archiving can be configured in standalone mode (SMS archiving only), or together with archiving of O2 Call Recordings. 

The following types of metadata are supported for each SMS message:

• Comment Count
• Direction
• Duration
• End Date Time
• Interaction ID
• Interaction Type
• Start Date Time
• Subscriber Phone Number ID
• Subscriber Phone Number

Quick Start Guide

Installation 

1. Activate O2 Hosted Mobile Call Recording
2. Create an Cursor API user
3. Provide Nuclei with the prerequisite information 
   1. O2 Account ID
   2. O2 Solution Instance ID
   3. O2 Cursor API User Credentials

Usage

Utilization varies, and will depend on the downstream archive being used. 

Example (Smarsh Professional Archive)

1. Login to https://app.smarsh.com 
2. Select Search > New Search 
3. Select Content, and replace "All Content" with "O2" 
4. Select "Search"
5. Select a O2 call recording from the search results.
6. Replay call audio. 
7. Review call metadata. 

Uninstallation 

1. Create new deprovisioning request with Nuclei
