Quick Start
Installation
Nuclei will provide you with the app authorization URL during onboarding and provisioning.
Please ensure that the Webex Administrator authorizing the archiving app has the "Compliance Officer" role assigned prior to authorizing the integration.
The "Full Administrator" role is not sufficient to permission access to compliance related scopes.
Upon completing installation you will see the following message displayed:
Selective Archiving (Site URL based)
Selective capture can be implemented for users that are members of a specific site URL.
Selective Archiving (Identity Based)
Selective capture can also be implemented for organizations using the following platforms for enterprise identity management:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Okta
A separate app authorization is required on your identity management platform:
- Apps - Identity Management - Google Workspace
- Apps - Identity Management - Microsoft Entra ID
- Apps - Identity Management - Okta
Afterwards Nuclei can facilitate selective capture or selective archiving based on a user's group membership status within the identity provider.
Uninstallation
You can remove application permissions directly by browsing to Webex App Hub > My Integrations.
- Browse to "Nuclei Capture", and then select "Disconnect".
Alternatively, you can also create a new deprovisioning request with Nuclei.
