Overview
Nuclei provides VoiceLogix customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive VoiceLogix communications, including:
- Call Recordings
As a first step, VoiceLogix will create an IAM Policy and an IAM User that provides Nuclei with access to VoiceLogix Amazon S3 resources. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically retrieve and export VoiceLogix call recordings into your existing compliance archive.

Scope
Call Recordings
VoiceLogix Call Recordings are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each call recording:
- Call Start Date / Time
- Originating Phone Number
- Terminating Phone Number
