Overview
Nuclei provides NICE customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within NICE NTR, including:
- Call Recordings
As a first step, your NICE administrator must configure export and upload of NICE NTR recording to a Nuclei hosted SFTP server. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically ingest NICE NTR recordings for review, retention, or export into your existing compliance archive.
Prerequisites
- Nuclei Hosted SFTP service
- NICE NTR audio recordings (WAV, NMF)
- NICE NTR metadata catalog files (CSV)
Scope
Recordings
NICE NTR call recordings are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each recording:
- Call ID
- Recorder Description
- Channel ID
- Phone Number
- Start Time
- End Time
- Duration
- Direction
- Channel Group Name
- Organization Name
- Group Name
- Channel Key
- Recorder Hostname
The following additional types of metadata are also supported for each recording participant:
- Calling Party
- Called Party
- User Key
- User Handle
- User First Name
- User Last Name
