Overview
Nuclei provides 3CX customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within 3CX, including:
- Call Recordings
As a first step, your 3CX admin must work with 3CX to setup export of call recordings to a 3CX provided SFTP site. Afterwards, you must provide Nuclei with credentials provided by 3CX for communicating with the SFTP site. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically import your organizations content and related activity. Content can be retained with Nuclei, or exported for review and retention in your existing compliance archive.
