Overview
Nuclei provides Verint customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Verint Verba, including:
- Verint Recordings

As a first step, your Verint Verba administrator must configure export and upload of Verint Verba recording to Nuclei provided S3 resources. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically ingest your organization's Verint recordings and related activity.
