Overview
Nuclei provides Netsapiens (Pathwayz) customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Netsapiens (Pathwayz), including:
- Call Recordings
As a first step, your Netsapiens (Pathwayz) administrator must configure export of recordings to an S3 bucket, access to the S3 bucket should be configured via the Nuclei web UI. Content can be retained with Nuclei, or exported for review and retention in your existing compliance archive.

- Call Exported to Amazon S3
- S3 Credentials Configured in Nuclei UI
Scope
Call Recordings
Netsapiens call recordings are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each recording:
- Start Datetime
- End Datetime
- Caller Number
- Callee Number
- Call ID
