Compliance Archiving for ICE Chat

Overview

Nuclei provides ICE customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within ICE Chat, including:  

• Chat Messages

As a first step, you must work with ICE Chat to configure an ICE Chat SFTP site. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export ICE Chat activity for review, retention, or export to your existing compliance archive.

Scope

Messages

All types of ICE Chat messages are supported for capture and archival. The following types of metadata are supported for each message:

• Chat Message ID
• Chat ID
• Sender Email
• Recipient Email
• Message Body
