Overview
Nuclei provides ICE customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within ICE Chat, including:
- Conference Messages
- Conference Events
- Desk Messages
- Individual Chat Messages
As a first step, you must work with ICE Chat to configure an ICE Chat SFTP site. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically import your organizations content and related activity. Content can be retained with Nuclei, or exported for review and retention in your existing compliance archive.

Scope
Messages
All types of ICE Chat messages are supported for capture and archival. The following types of metadata are supported for each message:
- Content
- Conference Name
- Conference Type
- Message Date
- Message Type
- Message ID
- Thread ID
- Network
- Recipient
- Sender
Getting Setup
ICE
To enable archiving you must coordinate with ICE to configure the following items:
- ICE SFTP site
- ICE SFTP credentials
Nuclei
After enabling archiving for ICE Chat you must create a new feed:
- Login to https://app.nuclei.ai
- Select "Configuration" > "Sources"
- Select "New"
- Select "Source Type", then select "ICE Chat"
- Add a "Description" to the feed
- Select "Create Source"
Next, you will need to authorize the new feed:
- Select "Create Authorization"
- Enter the "SFTP Host" provided by ICE
- Enter the "SFTP User" provided by ICE
- Enter the "SFTP Port" provided by ICE
- Enter the authentication details provided by ICE
- Select "Create Authorization"
