Overview
Nuclei provides Approved Contact customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Approved Contact connected platforms, including:
- Text Messages
As a first step, third-party archiving must be configured in the Approved Contact admin portal. Afterwards, Nuclei will begin receiving Approved Contact text messages for review, retention, or export into your existing compliance archive.

Scope
Text Messages
Text messages sent by Approved Contact connected platforms are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each message:
- Thread Key
- Message ID
- Message Text
- Message Attachments
- Message Date / Time
The following additional types of metadata are also supported for each message participant:
- From Number
- To Number(s)

Getting Setup
Approved Contact
To enable archiving ApprovedContact or your administrator must configure third-party archiving.
Transport to Nuclei occurs over SMTP using a target address provided by Nuclei.
Uninstallation
Please create a new deprovisioning request with Nuclei.
