Compliance Archiving for RingCentral SMS

Overview

Nuclei provides RingCentral customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all phone messaging communications taking place within RingCentral, including:  

• SMS Messages
• MMS Messages
• Message Attachments
• Voice Messages (Voicemail recordings; optional for archiving)

As a first step, the "Nuclei for RingCentral SMS" app must be authorized from RingCentral App Gallery. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export RingCentral SMS content into your existing compliance archive.

• RingCentral High Volume SMS
• RingCentral App Gallery

SMS / MMS Messages

The following types of metadata are supported for each message:  

• Message ID
• Type
• Creation Time
• Priority
• Direction
• Subject
• Conversation ID
• Message Status
• Message Attachments

The following types of metadata are also supported for each internal message participant:  

• Name
• Phone Number
• Location

• Phone Number

Installation

Authorize archiving app

To facilitate the automatic archival of RingCentral SMS messages, you must first authorize the Nuclei archiving app from the RingCentral App Gallery.

Uninstallation 

1. Create new deprovisioning request with Nuclei
