Overview
Nuclei provides Symphony customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Symphony, including:
- Messages
- Meetings
As a first step, your Symphony admin must configure a Recurring Export in the Symphony Admin Portal, and upload an RSA PGP Key Pair provided by Nuclei that will be used to connect to Symphony's hosted SFTP servers. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically export Symphony messages for review, retention, or export into your existing compliance archive.
