Compliance Archiving for Eightfold

Overview

Nuclei provides Eightfold customers with the ability to automatically export and archive all communications occurring within Eightfold, including:  

• SMS Messages

As a first step, your Eighfold administrator must configure export and upload of Eighfold data to a Nuclei hosted SFTP server. Once complete, Nuclei will automatically import your organizations content and related activity. Content can be retained with Nuclei, or exported for review and retention in your existing compliance archive.

Prerequisites

• Nuclei Hosted SFTP service
• Eighfold SMS  Export from Eightfold Data Hub

Scope

SMS Messages

Eightfold SMS messages are supported for archiving. The following types of metadata are supported for each message

• Body
• Message Datetime
• Group ID
• Conversation ID (sms_send or sms_reply)
• From Phone Number
• To Phone Number
• User ID (Internal User)
