Overview
Nuclei provides RingCentral customers with the ability to automatically export, enrich, and archive all Team Messaging communications taking place within RingCentral, including:
- Chat Messages
- Conversation Messages
- Notes
As a first step, the "Nuclei for RingCentral Team Messaging" app must be authorized from RingCentral App Gallery. Afterwards, Nuclei will automatically export RingCentral Team Messaging content into your existing compliance archive.
Prerequisites
- RingCentral Desktop or PWA
- A Glip Profile
- Activation of the "Enable Message Data Export" setting
- Authorization of the Nuclei archiving app

Getting Setup
Installation
Activate "Enable Message Data Export"
To enable the Ringcentral Compliance Export API, your RingCentral admin must activate the "Message data export capability" within the RingCentral desktop or PWA application:
- Login to https://app.ringcentral.com
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Administration", "Messaging"
- Scroll down to "Message data export"
- Activate "Enable message data export"
Authorize archiving app
To facilitate the automatic archival of RingCentral Team Messaging, your RingCentral admin must first authorize the Nuclei archiving app from the RingCentral App Gallery.
Uninstallation
- Create new deprovisioning request with Nuclei
